Identities beta

We have posted a page describing WorldCat Identities and the beta test of it that RLG Programs organized.  We think this is a good example of the sort of interaction we can expect between our two groups (the Office of Research and RLG Programs).

At least slightly related to this, we think we have resolved all the issues on the server that Identities lives on, so it and many of our other services (such as the NDLTD OAI catalog and info-URIs) should soon be back to normal.
