New PURL server

We are planning on installing a new version of the PURL software at around 7:00 AM ET this coming Monday, July 27, 2009.

We've done a lot of testing on this, so we are confident it will work.  There are some differences in some PURLs that were using undocumented 'features' of the old PURL software.

I'll post again about our experience after the cut over.
